Sgt. Andy Capps of the Redlands Police Dept. (Upsilon ’88) chased down the two terrorists who attacked the Arrowhead Regional Center in San Bernardino in December. He was on patrol and came upon their vehicle, and he took position and bravely fired at the terrorists. The law enforcement team killed the two terrorists and ended the threat.
